Main Duties may include;

Assisting Service Users with personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care. Providing the highest standards of care, you’ll support the dignity, and independence of residents

Administration and monitoring of medications to Service Users

Liaising with professional bodies in relation to the Service Users care

Supporting the Manager & Assistant Manager to complete monthly and weekly checks to monitor the health of our residents and reporting any significant changes

Working closely with the carers on shift

Supporting at meal times: serving meals and transferring Service Users to the dining room. This might involve supporting them to walk, transferring them in a wheelchair or using a hoist

Attending planned activities: assisting the team, repositioning and providing care as necessary

Repositioning Service Users to ensure they are comfortable and supported

Admin duties: updating food, fluid and stool charts, daily notes and care plans

Key Skills are to include;

Good observational skills.

Team leading/working skills.

Organization skills.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to adapt well in a busy environment

Apt time management

What we require of you

2 satisfactory references.

NVQ Level 3 is mandatory

Medication Administration Trained

Be eligible to work in the UK.

Caring nature, empathy, and sensitivity to service user's needs and concerns.
